‘Mid-Acts-er’ teach that, with the salvation of the apostle Paul, God started a ‘new, different’ church called the body of Christ.
Could anyone show me the VERSE that teaches that?

If not, don’t believe the ‘mid-Acts-ers’.
Instead, trust the word of GOD.

P.S. The general answer of ‘mid-Acts-ers’ is not acceptable .... that "Paul said, In me first," because that verse says nothing at all about a church called ‘the body of Christ’, starting at his salvation:
1 Tim 1:16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
