The END of the Dispensation of Grace?

‘Mid-Acts-ers’ teach that, when the resurrection of ONLY ‘PART’ of the dead (just the ‘portion’ of saints that have believed through PAUL’s writings) takes place .... it will be the ‘event’ that ENDS the dispensation of grace.

I have heard ‘mid-Acts-ers’ say that the END of the dispensation of grace will occur at (what-they-call) the rapture, and that Israel’s ‘prophecy program’ will go back into effect as God’s ruling principle, with requirements of keeping the Mosiac law, Levitical priesthood, animal sacrifices, Jewish circumcision (even for Gentiles to be accepted), tongues, and water baptism. Did PAUL teach that?

Could anyone show me the VERSE that teaches that?

If so, please e-mail magnifiedword@aol.com.
If not, don’t believe the ‘mid-Acts-ers’.
Instead, trust the word of GOD.
